If you click the ‘Sign up’ button on the sign-in page, you will be brought to the sign-up page. After filling up the form including your E-mail address, Signing up is completed. Before using our service, you should verify your email address for activating the account.

After signing in, click the ‘My page’ button. You can update your account information with the ‘edit’ button on the top right of the page.

You can reset the old password with the link sent to the E-mail address. Go to the Sign-in page and click the ‘Reset the password’ button. Follow the instructions on the page to set a new password.

We collect the information from every company for avoiding the scam so that people can trade while trusting each other.

There are two ways for finding the products, searching by keywords or categories. You can search the product by keywords then by categories, and vice versa.

We are continuously adding and updating the products on our website. However, there would be some missing products that have not been added yet. In this case, you can send an inquiry directly to us and we will help you out.

After finding the product or company which fits best to your need, you can click the ‘Inquiry’ button on the product or company details page. You need to fill in the details of your inquiry and send it by clicking the ‘Send Message’ button.

If you are a gold grade member, the inquiry will be directly headed to the company’s manager. Or you can contact the company with their email address or phone number listed on the website.

After signing in, you can check if you got a reply to your inquiry at ‘My page > My inquiry’. You can reply back to them with the extra information or questions in a text message format.
